Terms and Conditions

 Effective Date: 21/09/2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of products and services by [Company Name] (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to our customers (“you” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


1. Services Provided

1.1 We provide professional network cabling, Wi-Fi installation, diagnostic, servicing, and related connectivity solutions.
1.2 A full scope of work will be agreed upon before commencement of any project. Any changes or additional requests may result in revised costs or timelines.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse services if site conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or outside the agreed scope.


2. Quotations & Pricing

2.1 All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Any additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions, client requests, or regulatory requirements will incur extra charges.


3. Payment Terms

3.1 A deposit is required before work begins. This deposit must cover the full cost of all hardware and equipment required for the job, plus any additional amount agreed in writing.
3.2 The balance of the project cost is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Payment must be made in full within 7 days of the invoice date.
3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services until outstanding payments are received.
3.5 Late payments may incur interest charges in line with applicable laws.


4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 You must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises where work will be carried out.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any required permissions, consents, or permits are obtained prior to work commencing.
4.3 You must provide accurate information about site conditions and requirements.
4.4 You are responsible for the safe keeping of your existing equipment and infrastructure unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Installation & Workmanship

5.1 All work will be carried out with reasonable skill, care, and in accordance with industry standards.
5.2 We will make every effort to minimize disruption, but you acknowledge that some disturbance (e.g., drilling, lifting floor panels, or temporary downtime) may be unavoidable.
5.3 Unless explicitly stated, we do not carry out building, electrical, or other ancillary works outside the agreed scope.
5.4 You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of any remedial or decorative works required after installation (e.g., plastering, painting, carpet re-laying, or cosmetic repairs) unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Equipment & Materials

6.1 All equipment and materials supplied remain our property until paid for in full.
6.2 Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment supplied. We accept no liability for defects covered under third-party warranties.
6.3 Any equipment or materials provided by you must meet relevant safety and performance standards.


7. Faults, Testing & Diagnostics

7.1 Upon completion, installations will be tested to ensure compliance with agreed specifications.
7.2 Any defects arising from our workmanship reported within the warranty period will be rectified at no cost.
7.3 We are not liable for faults caused by misuse, environmental conditions, interference, or third-party alterations.


8. Warranty & Liability

8.1 We warrant our workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of completion.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective work carried out by us.
8.3 We shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits.
  • Consequential or indirect losses.
  • Downtime caused by faults outside our control.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
 

9. Cancellations & Delays

9.1 If you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, you must provide at least 24hrs notice.
9.2 Cancellation fees may apply where costs have already been incurred.
9.3 We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including (but not limited to) supply shortages, third-party actions, unforeseen site conditions, or adverse weather conditions. Where work is required outdoors, progress may be delayed or suspended during unsafe weather in order to protect the health and safety of our team. 


10. Data Protection & Privacy

10.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10.2 We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.


11. Force Majeure

11.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, power failures, or government restrictions.


12. Termination

12.1 We may terminate the agreement if you fail to make payments, breach these Terms, or fail to provide safe access to the site.
12.2 You may terminate the agreement if we materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within a reasonable time.


13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
